4. What makes TLR Creations products unique?
TLR Creations specializes in providing high-quality Hog-Wire Hangers and Accessories that are designed to enhance your porch and yard spaces. Our products are known for their durability and ease of use, making them a perfect choice for your outdoor decor, a great gift idea for that hard to buy for person or your favorite loved one. Our hangers are made of steel and coated with Thermoplastic for excellent outdoor performance and longevity.
5. What are TLR Creations products made with?
Our hog-wire hangers are made with US-manufactured mild steel, with black or Gray thermoplastic coating.
6. What is the return/refund policy?
We take precautions to protect all items shipped.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at toddr@tlrcreations.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 830, Clinton, WA 98236.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate and make sure you are taken care of and you receive a product you are pleased with.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to us. Once the return is accepted, we will ship out your new product.. Please contact us prior to shipping back product so that we may approve your return and supply you with a return shipping label.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. We will also send you a notification that your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at toddr@tlrcreations.com.
